Sarah: I face them head on. When life gives you lemons, smash them! You can't run from them, if you face them, you will find the silver lining.

Sarah: I am determined. I don't need to be motivated. I'm self motivated and I will never give up.

Sarah: I love the energy, atmosphere, and the people. I am able to be successful while helping others. That is hard to find!
Sarah is one of the teams top performers for many reasons. Her team selected her this week due to her dedication, commitment, and her ability to problem solve. As she mentioned, she faces challenges head on. She embraces them and doesn't back down. Sarah looks at a challenge as an accomplishment and lesson learned when looking back on the situation.
