Her Hometown: a little place on the map called Oak Ridge, TN. They really aren't famous for anything...except the atomic bomb. Maybe that's why she's so explosive of a leader!!!

Her Hero: her dad. "My Dad has taught me everything I know about life, love, relationships, and succeeding despite overwhelming odds. He always taught me that if I wanted to succeed in life I have to look at it like a game of chess, if I'm always three steps ahead I'll never be behind!"

Her favorite qoute: When we asked her what her favorite quote is she referred to everybody's favorite Hobbit creater....J.R.R. Tolkien. "Faithless is he who turns around when the road darkens."

Her favorite thing about working here: "Aside from the amazing opportunity that Rocky Top has given me to succeed in my quest of taking over the world, I also get to work with the coolest people in Knoxville, and I don't mean temperature wise! :)"

What got her to her goals and beyond: The determination to never give up on anything! To quote the infamous Babe Ruth, "It's really hard to beat the guy that never gives up."

Sarah's so determined she's doing some research on The King of basketball to find out what it takes to be The Queen of everything!!!!!

Patrick Dalton

From his hometown of Greenville, TN, this energetic young man looks to conquer his opportunity with positivity and persistence!

Patrick says that the best advice that he has ever been given is to simply -"Never ever, ever, EVER give up!" - Winston Churchill

When asked why he was chosen for Leader of the Week, Patrick's humble response was that he felt like his positive attitude brightened others day and his willingness to learn, but more so, to teach was motivating for other leaders to see.

In five years Patrick looks forward to managing his own office and developing the lives of those around him and everyday to inspire those who he encounters with his charismatic personality.

Setting a great example for fellow leaders and others on his team is what motivates him the most.

Last time he was impressing Gnomes this time he is King of the Office! We had a few question for the man with the plan.

What is your favorite thing about working at RTMG?  Knowing that I control my own fate,  the only person who can keep me from my goals is ME.

Where do you want to be in 5 years?  On a conference call with all of my mangers who are running their own offices now, talking about how we are the #1 offices in the country. While planning a fun weekend for all the management staff to hang out and party!

What motivates you the most? Knowing that I have an opportunity in front of me that is mine for the taking; and no one can stop me!

What advice would you give someone new to the business? Be open to your peers and coaches advice, be persistent, diligent and always have fun with the journey; then the rest will fall in place.
