Rocky Top Marketing Group Recognizes Our Double Play Master of the Week!

2 People just discussing the happenings of the day, lets listen in...

Guy 1: What's That Blowing Around, is it Rain?
Guy 2: Its sunny out, how can it be raining?
Guy 1: What's that in the Distance?
Guy 2: It looks like a figure being surrounded by blowing paper and it is coming closer.
Guy 1: We should run...

A Loud booming voice states:  Do not Run, It is I  Don Neeley!

Guy 2: It Can't be, he is a Myth.
Guy 1: I heard he was a Leader of the Week.
Guy 2: No, he is a High Roller.

Well you are both right I am a Leader of the Week that high rolls the office!

Guy 1: Oh so it is you that's making it Rain.

Yes I make it rain everywhere I go!

Guy 2: Oh great one tell us about yourself and give us advice on how to be as awesome as you.

Well as the legend states, I hail from Memphis,TN.  What most people don't know is my Hero is my father, he has taught me how to have an amazing work ethic. My favorite quote is " Yesterday ended last night, today is brand new and it is yours"

The best advice I can give is, once you start running don't stop running.  Any runner will tell you once you start walking you loose, so put the pedal to the medal and go crazy.

You should look at how you are motivated, I am motivated by the legacy that I leave my family, I want to be the man my great grand children still talk about.

In 5 years I want to be sitting in my office overlooking Cincinnati and providing opportunity to the next generation of leaders.

That is how you make it rain, take this knowledge and run with it, don't stop till you are where you want to be.

Rocky Top Marketing Group Spotlight: High Roller of the Week

Our High Roller for the week, Trent Perkins, is such a baller he can slam dunk on Gnomes!

We did a sit down with Trent to find out about him and what advice he can give. Since gnomes do like him so much, we did a survey of 1000 gnomes to come up with the top 5 questions on their minds.

How do you deal with challenges?  Head on! Anything I 'm confronted with I deal with it then and there.

What is the best advise someone has given you?  Well, when I first started Cory told me the most important thing ever.  Just HAVE FUN with everything you do here, enjoy the journey.

What is the best advice you can give to someone new in the business?
Don't ever give up, keep on going. The only way to grow and advance in this business is to always be learning.  The best way to learn is to make mistakes, so make as many mistakes as quickly as possible and learn from them.  Push yourself out of your comfort zone daily.

What makes you so successful? My work ethic and desire to succeed!  I give 100% everyday and never allow myself to get lazy or slack off.

How do you maintain your success? Simple, I maintain my attitude.  Do I have negatives in the day, sure everyone does.  I just choose to deal with them in a positive way, I tell myself a funny story about the situation and it makes me laugh, then I move on and forget about it.
