Well Some say he resembles a Ginger Sasquatch who is all cleaned up now, but he is just a big awesome guy who loves helping others reach their goals through personal growth and development.
He is always looking for ways to improve himself, right now he is improving his public speaking skills with the goal of one day being able to speak to a room full of hundreds of people.
He believes that to keep life from becoming stagnant and boring one should always be on the look out for opportunities to act. There is always room for improvement and betterment of himself and others.
Working at Rocky Top Marketing allows him the opportunity to always be improving and helping others, that way he can reach his personal goals while helping other to reach their goals. This is why he is a leader and not just for this week :) , but for life.
